Generally we ask for payment 45 days prior to the start of your travels in Kazakhstan.

On occasion, a travel supplier we are making arrangements with on your behalf may require payment further in advance – if this is so, we will tell you when we are confirming your travel arrangements.

In general, all the travel arrangements we make for you have their underlying costs in the currency of the country we are making the arrangements in.

But for your convenience, we will generally quote you in whatever currency is most meaningful to you.

Depending on the form of payment you wish to use, we may either charge you on that date payment is made in Kazakh Tenge, or in your preferred alternate currency choice.
