Hiking tour begins from the Central State Museum located near the Republic Square. During the walk you will see: the Central State Museum of Kazakhstan, Palace of the President, Republic Square and Independence Monument. Then by underground you reach the Sightseeing – the 28 Guardsmen Park Station. This park is one of the oldest in Almaty, where the Ascension Cathedral is located; according to legend it was built without a single nail; and the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame dedicated to the memory of 28 Panfilov’s heroes. Then we move to the central part of the city Arbat, where the artists settled whose canvases you can not only see, but also to choose something to your liking. Then you can go to the Central Universal Department Store and buy souvenirs, national leather and wood items, as well as national instruments. This is the end of the hiking tour.
